Danni Li, PhD, DABCC (Diplomat of American Board of Clinical Chemistry)
Dr. Danni Li is an Associate Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She earned a Bachelor Science in Chemistry from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China in 2002 and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Minnesota in 2007. She completed the Clinical Chemistry Fellowship training at the Johns Hopkins University in 2009. Dr. Li's research focuses on biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases, aging, and age-related health outcomes in epidemiological studies and clinical trials. Another area of research focus of the Li lab is to investigate biomarkers for personalized exercise response using cutting-edge methods such as proteomics and metabolomics.
